- Wash & Cut potatoes into halves with skin. Boil water in a pan, add salt & add potatoes. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes. Strain water & keep potatoes aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic after few minutes add rosemary/ celery/parsley Fry till garlic is light brown. Strain the oil into boiled potatoes. Add salt, pepper, herbs, paprika & chilli flakes. Mix all well.
- Bake at 180° for 60 minutes. After 30 minutes turn the potatoes. Enjoy these crunchy potatoes.
